1.
PRE-MASSAGE

We start with a focused conversation about your current pain points, movement habits, and goals. Your therapist may assess posture and mobility to customize the session.

2.
Massage

Using slow strokes and deep pressure (always adapted to your limits), the therapist works muscle by muscle — breaking down adhesions, releasing fascia, and creating space. Breathwork and communication are encouraged.

3.
POST-MASSAGE RESET

The session ends with grounding, integrative strokes to help your nervous system settle. You’ll be given time to lie quietly before heading to our relaxation area for tea, water, and a slow return to your day.

The massage was very good, focusing on all face muscles with special attention to the most tense parts. The skin after the massage was immediately more glowy and fresh.

I just had the best face massage ever!

Oksana is an amazing specialist! Deep muscle work and great attentiveness to the client. I felt the results after the first session, and by the second, I could already see them in the mirror.

Is deep tissue massage painful?

It can be intense, but it should never feel unsafe or overwhelming. We always adapt pressure to your tolerance and check in with you throughout the session.

What's the difference between deep tissue and regular massage?

Deep tissue focuses on deeper layers of muscle and fascia, using slower and more targeted pressure. It’s not for “relaxation” — it’s for real change.

Will I be sore afterwards?

Some soreness is normal, especially after your first session. It usually fades within 24–48 hours and is often followed by a sense of openness and relief.

How often should I get deep tissue massage?

That depends on your goals. For recovery or chronic pain, weekly or bi-weekly sessions can be effective. For maintenance, once a month works well.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Yes — Deep Tissue Massage combines beautifully with Lymphatic Drainage Massage. While deep tissue works on muscle and fascia, lymphatic focuses on detox and fluid balance, making them a powerful duo for full-body reset and recovery.

Who shouldn’t get deep tissue massage?

We don’t recommend this massage if you have:

  • Acute inflammation or injury
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Blood clotting issues
  • Recent surgery
Consult our team for alternative treatments if you’re unsure.
Is it safe during menstruation?

Yes. In fact, many women find it helps reduce bloating and discomfort. If you're feeling particularly tired or sensitive, let your therapist know — we’ll adapt the pressure.

Can I book this massage after a long flight or travel?

Absolutely — it's perfect after flights or periods of prolonged sitting. It helps reduce swelling in the legs and restores energy.
