1.
PRE-MASSAGE

We begin with a gentle check-in to understand how you're feeling, what you need today, and how far along you are.

2.
Massage

The therapist uses flowing, nurturing movements to soothe your back, hips, legs, feet, and shoulders — adjusting pressure and focus based on your needs. The entire massage is performed while you lie on your side. The pace is slow and rhythmic to promote deep relaxation — there's nothing to worry about, just breathe and receive.

3.
POST-MASSAGE RESET

After the massage, you’ll be invited to rest and reconnect. You may enjoy a moment of stillness or a warm tea in our relaxation space — whatever helps you carry that calm forward.

The massage was very good, focusing on all face muscles with special attention to the most tense parts. The skin after the massage was immediately more glowy and fresh.

I just had the best face massage ever!

Oksana is an amazing specialist! Deep muscle work and great attentiveness to the client. I felt the results after the first session, and by the second, I could already see them in the mirror.

READY TO REST IN YOUR BODY?

Support your pregnancy with care that honors every part of you. Book your Pregnancy Massage at BM•ELEMENTS.

Is this massage safe during pregnancy?

Yes — we offer this massage only during the second and third trimesters (from week 13 onwards). All our therapists are trained in pregnancy-safe techniques, and the session is carefully adapted to your body. Your comfort and safety — and your baby’s — are our top priority.

How is this massage different from a regular one?

It’s fully adapted to your body. We use side-lying positions, gentle pressure, and avoid any contraindicated areas. It’s not just safe — it’s deeply nourishing.

Can this massage help with lower back pain and tension?

Yes — and that’s one of the main reasons many of our clients book this treatment. Pregnancy often shifts posture and adds pressure to the lower back. Our therapists use gentle, targeted techniques to relieve muscle tension in the lumbar area, helping you feel more supported, mobile, and pain-free.

Can I have this massage every week?

Yes — many clients return weekly or bi-weekly. It helps manage physical discomfort and creates space for rest and reconnection during a time when your body is doing so much.

Can this massage help with swelling in legs and feet?

Absolutely. We use gentle lymphatic techniques to support fluid movement, reduce puffiness, and restore a sense of lightness.

What if I have varicose veins or swelling?

We adapt our technique to avoid pressure on sensitive areas and support healthy circulation. Let us know your condition — we’ll take extra care.

Are there any contraindications?

We do not perform massage during the first and forth trimester (though LPG treatments may be a suitable alternative throughout pregnancy if there are no contraindications from your doctor). You should also avoid this massage if you have:

  • High-risk pregnancy (consult your doctor)
  • Severe swelling or unexplained pain
  • Preterm labor or recent bleeding

If you're unsure — contact us. We’ll help you make the safest and most supportive choice for your body.

What position will I lie in during the massage?

You’ll lie on your side. This position is 100% safe, and ensures maximum comfort for both you and your baby.

Is it okay if I fall asleep during the massage?

Yes, and it happens often. Your body is doing so much — this is your time to let go completely.
