1.
PRE-MASSAGE

We begin with a short conversation to understand how your body feels, what’s been weighing you down, and what kind of release or support you need.

2.
Massage

The massage flows continuously through the entire body — from feet to shoulders, back to front, face to scalp. Your therapist combines slow therapeutic movements and gentle facial techniques to dissolve tension, calm the nervous system, and bring visible and tangible renewal. Every part of the experience is adapted to your state, your breath, and your body's pace.

3.
POST-MASSAGE RESET

After the massage, you’ll be given space to rest in stillness. Then, we welcome you into our relaxation area to sip tea, breathe, and gently return to the world.

The massage was very good, focusing on all face muscles with special attention to the most tense parts. The skin after the massage was immediately more glowy and fresh.

I just had the best face massage ever!

Julia S.

Oksana is an amazing specialist! Deep muscle work and great attentiveness to the client. I felt the results after the first session, and by the second, I could already see them in the mirror.

What makes this treatment different from a regular massage?

It’s a full-body and facial treatment in one continuous flow — combining deep therapeutic bodywork with restorative facial massage. It’s not a combination. It’s a designed ritual.

Can I ask to focus more on body or face?

Yes. While this is a complete experience, we can adapt the balance between body and face work based on your needs — just let us know during the consultation.

Are there any contraindications?

Please avoid booking this massage if you have:

  • Fever or active illness
  • Recent surgery or major injury
  • Fresh facial cosmetic procedures (e.g. injectables within 2 weeks)
Unsure? Contact us — we’ll guide you toward the best option.
Do I need to choose between body or face?

Not at all. You receive both in one uninterrupted session. The time is divided organically, and your therapist will adapt the balance depending on your needs that day.

Can this help with jaw tension or facial puffiness?

Yes. The facial massage works on muscles of the jaw, neck, and temples, as well as lymphatic drainage points — helping to reduce puffiness, relax the face, and improve skin tone.
